It's considered intimidating, rude, maybe even rebellious and a "sign of pride" to ask questions in church today. If you don't tow the line and obey without question what the pastors and teachers are saying and teaching then you will be classed as a black sheep ... probably! Unless you are blessed enough to be in a grace church where faith and vision is welcomed, loved, honoured and developed.
I'll never forget Terry Virgo saying this at Stoneleigh Bible Week 2001. It shows why he is such a natural apostle and father - he is deliberately challenging the young people to ask questions and not be satisfied and not settle.
